To enable the automatic reply message, click on the button on the client tab.
After that, the tab for automatic message settings opens.
Click to enable the automatic reply.
Type your message. Write a proper text to support customers when you aren't directly available. You can also include links, for example to your website or to the help desk email. You can also make the message more user friendly by entering some emojis.
You can choose how much time to start the automatic response.
Click on the button
save to confirm the auto-reply settings.
After enabling the bot, every time you receive a message the automatic reply will start. If you want to disable the automatic message you have to go back to the client and disable it.
